Supported Formats

Below is a quick overview of the input formats you can upload and the output formats you can convert to using ImageConvert.

Input Formats

Common Conversions

  • JPG → PNG (keep quality, add transparency support)
  • PNG → JPG (reduce size, remove transparency)
  • PNG/JPG → WEBP (better compression for web)
  • PNG/JPG → AVIF (modern high-compression format)
  • HEIC → JPG/PNG (for iPhone images)
  • SVG → PNG (for raster previews)
  • Any → SVG (as bitmap embedded inside SVG)
  • PNG/JPG → HEIF (space-saving format)

Note: Actual support for some advanced formats (like AVIF, HEIF) depends on your browser. If a format is not supported, the app falls back to PNG.
